Not only is it about releasing feelings that you have been hiding and enduring,
it's a song about detoxing and moving forward after crying your eyes out over heartbreak, layoffs, bullying, harassment, etc.
The path you believe in is surely open to you, and it's about guts and not giving up, and those are the feelings I put into the song.
