"Letters to the Seasons" is an ongoing piano project by Rui Fujishiro, releasing one piece every month from June 2026 to May 2027, each named after its corresponding month and inspired by the changing seasons and emotions they carry.
The second chapter, "July" is an ambient / neo-classical piece inspired by the summer wind and sunlight. Sparkling landscapes filled with scattered rays of light, skies painted in nameless colors, and trees swaying in the distance - within a world that appears slightly different whenever the wind passes through, the piece expresses lingering emotions and the gentle warmth of a heart slowly beginning to unfold.
Like pages from a diary, Rui Fujishiro transforms everyday emotions into piano music - a letter to the wind, and to the feelings encountered in July.
