Like Someone Else

In a world that constantly asks us to be "like someone else,"
a part of me kept quietly crying out, I don't want to become someone else.

Through encounters with people and art that reminded me, you don't have to become anyone else - because we are not someone else, I feel that I have slowly begun to reclaim the outline of who I truly am.

Beyond what can be seen, I hope we can keep believing in the unseen - and live in a way that allows each of us to be fully ourselves.
This song was created with that prayer in my heart.
