The first full-length album produced to commemorate the 10th anniversary of SHIROKUMA's activities. It's been about four and a half years since her last release as SHIROKUMA since her previous album "BAKABAKKA". All songs written and composed by Mai-kou. Supporting members include Kodai Abe (Gt), Ohzora Kimishima (Gt), KID Kidai Nagata (Gt), Hiroyasu Yoneyama (Ba), Naruki Numazawa (Key), ko2rock (sax), and Gaku Ouchi (Dr). It was produced in one year. Jacket artwork is Mayu Yukishita (Illustration) and Dave Kabata (Design).

    2010年神奈川・湘南にてMai-kouにより結成、「白熊ピカソズ」名義で始動。主に都内のライブハウスを中心にライブ活動を行う。2015年に「ぼくの嫌いな先生」、2017年には「青春と葬式のあいだ」の2枚のアルバムを多摩蘭坂RECORDからリリース。 メンバーチェンジを経て、2018年には「SHIROKUMA(シロクマ)」に名義を変更。同年新名義で初のEP「BAKABAKKA」を発売。 現在は固定メンバーでのバンド活動は行っておらず、Mai-kouのソロプロジェクトに。2019年には初のアートワーク展示を行うなど、音楽に留まらない幅広い活動を展開中。
