Written to accompany her self-produced live tour ASABACATION, which is themed around "vacation ",
"EAT " captures the idea of "savoring life (as a journey) ", wrapping everything from appetite to romance into one heartfelt track.

On the sonic side, the song reflects Asaba's wish--both as an artist and as a perso--
to be gentle not only to herself and others, but also to animals and the environment.
With its warm, organic sounds that evoke a sense of nature, the track invites listeners to taste life in all its flavors.
