Cry // 5.0 is a concept album themed around the "reboot of emotion."
Across ten tracks, it traces the process by which a damaged heart proves to itself that things are not over yet.

The opening track, "Cry v5.0 // Dawn Sequence," declares the act of standing up--even while still hurt. From there, each song portrays emotions and situations branching out from that moment: the impulse to protect yourself with self-suggestion (DELULU), a devotion and longing that refuse to vanish even after loss (ANUBIS), a vow to rise again under a leaden sky, the choice to expose one's muddied contradictions (Dorodoro), and the closest love and memory we have--family (Saikyo Kaachan).
In the latter half, the focus turns inward. We listen for words that won't come (SonoMurmur), reach out a hand to move forward nonetheless (UNSEEN DOOR), and wade through nameless bonds and unstable connections (Situationship Swirl), before closing with "Usagi Rizumu @ Jugoya," where the story ends in the quiet warmth of moonlight.

In this album, "Cry" is not a symbol of weakness. Frustration, loss, anger, loneliness, affection, dependence, hope--each is portrayed as evidence of a life sincerely lived. The "5.0" in the title signals a view of emotion as something that keeps updating. Not a tidy recovery or a final "I'm fine," but a state that remains unfinished and still keeps evolving--this is the core of the work.

Cry // 5.0 is for those who don't have to be perfect, but don't want to stop.May it reach anyone who needs to know there is a "next" even after the tears.
