Following the release of her mini album flow in the fall of 2025-a record that marked the beginning of a new chapter-and a series of collaborations with distinctive artists this past May, anzu returns with her latest single, "sapphire," a shimmering summer-inspired track that further expands her borderless musical world.

Produced by Yusuke Oya of Polaris and engineered by Keishiro Iwaya (known for his work with LOSTAGE and yonawo), "sapphire" showcases anzu exploring a fresh new sonic direction while staying true to her signature sound.

    An artist who not only creates music but also handles various forms of expression such as jacket artwork and video production. She began her solo unit anzu in late 2016, blending her unique chill voice with a fusion of electro and acoustic sounds in Bedroom Pop. She made her major debut on December 22, 2021, with "Bedroom Pop" from Tokuma Japan Communications. On November 12, 2023, she released the venue-limited CD "annual ring," and her latest work "ivy" will be released on November 8, 2024.
