project AMBIVALENCE/＄.odÅのプロデュースシングル第3弾「HEAVEN（feat.Rikka）」
前作「人魚姫（feat.Rikka）」から僅か8ヶ月でのリリースとなる今作は、＄.odÅの最新ALBUM「ARCA」に収録されている「heaven」のカバー作品である。しかしながら原曲とは異なる印象。似て非なる楽曲。制作段階より$.odÅが発言していた「双子」というワードが鍵となっているのであろうか。
ストリングスと歪んだギターの絶妙なアンサンブルや原曲には存在しなかった展開、前作より更に磨きの掛かったRikkaの芯のあるボーカルとそれを静かに支える$.odÅのバックコーラス。間奏のバイオリンはRikka自らが演奏しており多彩な一面が楽曲を際立たせている。
今回もジャケット・ティザー撮影などのディレクションは$.odÅ自らが行い、Rikkaと綿密な打ち合わせのもと制作された。
現在ボカロPとしての活動に力を入れており、ボカコレでの活躍が記憶に新しい＄.odÅだが、Rikkaもまた3人組女性エンタメボーカルユニット「RiRiUM（りりうむ）」として新たなる楽曲のリリースに向けて動き出している様子。今後の活躍にも注目が集まる。
