Artist Profile

• F7YRAY

F7YRAY, hailing from the central region of Kanagawa, Japan. Moving between Trap and Boom Bap, his sound is defined by a heavy voice, distinctive sense of space, and an approach rooted in US Hip Hop. Blending the rhythm and expression of Japanese with English and slang, he continues to shape a style that sits outside conventional boundaries. Drawing from his own life, including friends, money, love, loneliness, loss and ambition, F7YRAY turns everyday scenes and emotions into music without romanticizing or disguising them. Rather than chasing trends or playing a finished character, each release captures who he is at that moment, bringing his identity further into focus.
