This is truly a world music instrumental album for people living in the modern age, mixing heavy industrial sound effects with the ancient sounds of violently beating taiko drum rhythms, flutes, xylophones, gamelan, and other instruments.
The word "AWAKING" means to be enlightened, to be able to see what one could not see, to awaken. By the time you finish listening to this 15-minute album, you will see the landscape you have been looking at differently.
