5 songs have been carefully selected by Kaoru himself and all 5 tracks including "Yukimimizu" and the title track "Ray of Light" have been arranged and produced by Kaisei Hamasaki. Released in 2022.

  • Kaoru Tagawa

    Kaoru is a singer songwriter, born in Hiroshima, Japan, raised in Boston, USA. His father decided to quit his steady job at the age of 46 in order to study jazz music at Berklee College of Music. His family of 6, including 4 kids, had migrated to US. Kaoru was 15 at the time. He spent his high school and college days in Boston. After graduating university, he backpacked around US and Europe and ended up living in a shared-house in Ebisu, Tokyo. He worked as a translator and a lyricist while playing shows here and there around Japan. He, again, took up traveling from 2008 to 2014, but this time - thanks to the internet, he managed to travel and work at the same time. He visited more than 50 countries all together. Established his first company, K.K. Laboratory in 2014, where he works as the CEO. Released his first album "Ray of Light" in 2022.
