It was 2009.
It was the biggest turning point in his life as a guitarist.
He quitted pro-musician and went to Otaru City (Hokkaido) in search of the answer to "What is the purpose of being born?" that was he had been wanting for a long time.
"Children's song" was a new field of Takayuki Inoue's music that he encountered at Minami-Otaru Hospital where he was staying as a volunteer staff.
He learned that the lyrics he had known as a child had a surprisingly deep meaning, and felt the infinite depth of each person's life casually contained therein.
Sometimes jazzy chord work, sometimes triple-time arpeggios....
And now, using Inoue's original arrangement, a new children's songs "for adults" was born here.
