    Veg is a Tokyo-based three-piece outfit fusing R&B, funk, and psychedelic influences with pop hooks. Formed in 2021 by vocalist/guitarist momoko, who, inspired by Yura Yura Teikoku and early Shintaro Sakamoto, set out to crank up the guitar way louder after a run of solo home recordings, the band is known for its groove- driven sound, lyrical depth, and electric live presence. Their first album Adrift in Time (2025) captures both the eclectic blend and raw onstage energy. With a fast-growing fanbase and shows across Japan, Veg continues to build momentum on their own unpredictable terms.
