Flowers in Motion - Colour Syndrome

Originally recorded in 1968, Flowers in Motion is the debut album by the British psychedelic rock band Colour Syndrome.
Formed in London in 1968 by producer Benjamin Jones, the band was built around the remarkable voice of American singer Victoria Lane, whose talent was first discovered during a recording session with The Spectrals.
Blending British psychedelia with the dreamlike atmosphere of the American West Coast, Colour Syndrome created a distinctive sound filled with shimmering guitars, floating organ textures and poetic songwriting.
More than a collection of songs, Flowers in Motion explores a simple idea:
The world does not change. Only the way we choose to see it.

Spectral Institute of Science(SIS) Spectral Institute of Science is an independent archival collective dedicated to recovering and publishing lost psychedelic transmissions documented between 1967 and 1972. Operating through recovered magnetic recordings, classified field observations, and spectral anomalies, SIS presents works attributed to multiple observation units including Velvet Bloom, The Spectrals, Moon Flowers, and Colour Syndrome. Founded under Village Styles, the Institute explores the unstable intersection of sound, vibration, perception, and altered states through recovered British and transatlantic psychedelic documents.
