Hey everyone! We are Mero sea girls, a three-member melodic hardcore band made up of blonde white girls who met on the West Coast of the U.S. and now call Tokyo our musical home.

Emily, our lead vocalist and guitarist, brings raw emotion and power with every note she sings. She writes most of our lyrics, channeling stories of love, struggle, and dreams in both English and Japanese.

Sarah, the drummer, is our heartbeat. Her intense, energetic drumming creates the core of our live shows. She's also a huge anime fan and speaks Japanese fluently, always connecting with our audience in both languages.

Lily plays bass with a cool edge and a warm heart. She's the mood maker of the group, and her harmonies add depth and texture to our sound.

Our music is fast, emotional, and full of melody - inspired by '90s punk but infused with a modern, bilingual twist. Our lyrics mix Japanese and English to reflect who we are and the world we move in.

"Mero" means "melodic," but also echoes the vast, free nature of the sea. With our music, we aim to break borders and bring people together - no matter where they're from or what language they speak.
