Sometimes, showing who we truly are leaves us hurt.

To avoid rejection, loneliness,
or judgment, we learn to adapt.
We become the person others expect us to be,
creating different versions of ourselves
for different people and places.

But were those personas ever truly false?

PERSONA
does not reject the identities we created to survive.
Instead, it looks back on them as a vessel
something that carried us through
the waves of other people's expectations
and the pressures of society.

It is a journey from seeking love
and acceptance from others to accepting ourselves;
from waiting for permission to choosing our own path
and taking responsibility for where it leads.

When the persona comes off, we do not disappear.

What remains is simply ourselves.

With gratitude for the persona that once protected us,
we take the helm and begin steering our own lives.

A Re-Soul Music Project story about self-acceptance,
independence, and the freedom to choose who we are.

Artist Profile

  • cigel

cigel cigel is a music creator based in Nagoya, Japan, and the founder of Re-Soul Music Project. Blending human emotion and creativity with AI, he creates music beyond the boundaries of genre. Life, work, love, family, challenges, setbacks, and new beginnings. Each song begins with a story from someone's life or an emotion born in a particular moment, transforming it into music. This journey has already grown into a catalog of more than 100 songs. Just as no two lives are exactly the same, no two songs are exactly the same. Explore the titles and find the one song among more than 100 that speaks to you right now. You may unexpectedly find a reflection of who you are today. And if you cannot find that song - let's create the one that speaks to you together. Beyond music, cigel also explores AI-powered music videos and visual storytelling, expanding stories from music into film and searching for new possibilities where sound, emotion, and imagery come together. Move Your Life. Move Your Soul.
