U-Rich, an up-and-coming artist from Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan, born on January 11, 1998, has released his long-awaited first EP "Overflow.
Growing up surrounded by the sounds of soul/R&B legends such as Ne-Yo, Beyoncé, and Marvin Gaye that played in his mother's car as a child, U-Rich began his career as an artist in his late teens after a serious encounter with HIPHOP/R&B. Influenced by contemporary R&B icons such as Chris Brown, Bryson Tiller, and Tone Stith, he established his own musical style with his haunting melodies and grooves. The first single Feel So Good was released in 2024 and became a viral hit just one month after its release. With this momentum, they released their 2nd single in January 2025, followed by their 3rd single in May 2025. And now, with Overflow, his musical worldview is more densely and vividly portrayed.

Inspired by the vast nature of Hokkaido, this album opens with the intersection of an open sound and a comfortable groove.
