SOGEN (feat. 8ow, siesta & shurreal)

Set against the landscapes of Nagano open grasslands, mountain forests, and flowing water this track captures where MORE ZAN REGION stands today, continuing to create music from their local surroundings.
Built around a beat by shurreal that blends soul into drill, the track feels as if it has been released into the open grasslands. Over it, the three MCs 8ow, siesta, and shurreal portray people who continue moving forward while carrying everything with them: their everyday lives, family, friends, and their own sense of self. All of it is shaped into a sound that is distinctly MORE ZAN REGION.
For them, Nagano is more than simply a base of operations. The relationships they have built there, the environment that surrounds them, and the time they have spent on the land itself form the foundation of their music.
