Remu Link Writing, performing and recording everything solo since 2006 - about 650 songs to date. Streaming releases center on three best-of albums (NEW BEST / BEST3 futsuu no uta / BEST2 ima, ikiteru kai): 26 releases, 359 songs. Start with the signature song "ikite, shinu dake" (Ikite, Shinu dake). The songs are melody-first, and deliberately not filed under any genre. Alongside the songs there are 100+ instrumentals - interludes and preludes for acoustic guitar. They sound plain, like chords simply lined up and played - though the chords themselves are worked out with care, chasing unusual voicings. Yet somehow they get listened to, through searches and as audio in Shorts. The songwriting is complete; the current work is daily practice toward solo guitar instrumentals, documented every day on YouTube.
