• Bucket Drummer MASA

  A percussionist and beat artist who creates music from everyday objects such as buckets and found materials, while incorporating synthesizers into a hybrid, genre-crossing sound. With over a decade of live performance experience, he has developed a unique rhythmic language shaped across diverse environments and audiences. Rejecting conventional drum setups, his style is built using only two arms, producing minimal yet highly dimensional grooves. His sound moves fluidly between techno, electronica, and hip-hop, merging raw physical performance with electronic textures. In his production work, he also incorporates field recordings and sampling, exploring the boundary between everyday sound and music. He is also engaged in workshops and performances for younger audiences, expanding the possibilities of music through accessible and unconventional instruments. Driven by the belief that any sound can become music, he continues to reconstruct the framework of contemporary sound.
