  • Dr.BULLDOG

    滋賀県彦根メロディック&スカパンクバンド 2016年、滋賀県の大学の軽音楽部内で結成。 結成当初はライブハウスでの活動をほぼ行なってはいなかったが、 2019年、野外フェス"Save The Birthday2019"出演と同時に2nd Demo"Hungry Dog Bit in the Bone"をリリース。 これを皮切りに、関西を中心に全国のライブハウスへと活動の幅を広げていく。 2020年3月には初めての自主企画兼2nd demoリリースツアーファイナルを、 FrisBeeDog、SKA FREAKSをゲストに迎えて滋賀県浜大津B-FLATで開催。 その際に無料限定シングル"Sing"をリリース。 2021年5月には名古屋のサーキットフェスGOLD RUSH2021出演。 また、SKA FREAKS、FIVE STATE DRIVE、MAYSON'S PARTY共催企画DANCE CRAZY滋賀編にも出演。 8月には3rd Demoとなる"Nightwalk"をリリース。 翌年2022年3月にツアーファイナルを行い、4月には北近江Freaky Jaminn'2022に出演。5月にsly cat girlとの東名阪スプリットツアー、"cat or dog? tour"を実施。 ツアーバンドのサポートを初め、ライブハウスを中心にロックフェスへ出演も行っていく。またこの頃から楽曲の中心ジャンルがメロコアからスカへと移り変わってゆく。 2023年5月にメンバーチェンジがあったが、9月に新体制にて２年半ぶりの音源、 "good vibes"を配信リリース。 12月にはSKA FREAKS主催企画晦、2024年1月にはSKANKIN' CAPITAL2024、3月にSKA STREET2024といったSKAイベントを中心に出演が決定し、国内SKAニュージェネレーションとして話題を集めている。 2024年1月には1st e.p. "hair of a dog"をフィジカルとしては2年半ぶりにリリースし、同年3月に自主企画を開催。 4月からは配信シングル"Pick it up!"、"stay youth"、"GIANT KILLING"を順次リリースしながら、バンド単独としては3年ぶりのツアー、"GIANT KILLING TOUR"を行う。
