Four wise men, or four fools?

"Four Sages or Four Fools?" is a work by Japanese filmmaker TETSU that focuses on four rising nations and the supreme leaders at their helms. Despite possessing brilliant intellects and immense power, their gaze is fixed not on the world as a whole, but on their own nations' interests.
