過去には、アメリカ、ロサンゼルスのラジオで紹介されたこともある。
バンド名はNirvanaのカートコバーンが遺書で引用したニールヤングの名曲ヘイヘイマイマイより。
A+は最も影響を受けたアーティストのひとりとして、ニールヤングをあげている。

ミックスは森山直太朗「さくら」のレコーディングで知られる田村誠。
またMVは女優の秋葉七海が主演。
