"Alter Ego" is a dramatic hybrid dance tune themed around the "duality" hidden within human nature.

The track opens with a melancholic melody and the pleasant, driving momentum characteristic of progressive house, gradually building tension alongside the ticking of a clock. From the midway point onwards, heavy and aggressive hardstyle kicks explode into the mix. Just as the artwork depicts, it creates an intense catharsis-as if a suppressed "other self" (Alter Ego) is shattering glass to finally break free. This is exactly why both words in the title are capitalized: to represent this distinct other self.

Conflicting elements seamlessly fuse together in this song: stillness and motion, light and shadow, and the duality of "progressive house's driving energy and hardstyle's fierce intensity."
