Birth

This song was born on a hospital bed.

During a time when I could not see what tomorrow would bring, I felt as though my heart would break again and again while wandering through a long, dark tunnel.

Then one day, these words quietly came to me:

"Pain can be transformed into light, again and again."

A friend of mine who was fighting illness once told me:

"Just a little longer. Just a little longer, and I can keep going."

Those words have stayed with me ever since.

Today, I have overcome my illness, and I am singing this song.
