Dreaming of somewhere else,
I never truly wanted to give up living here.

There are days when smiling feels impossible.
There are nights you can't speak about to anyone.

And still,
the sky above slowly changes its colors.

I thought I was searching for another world,
only to realize
what I truly wanted
wasn't another place at all,

but a reason to keep moving toward tomorrow.

The mornings that almost bring tears,
the loneliness with nowhere to go,
they don't simply disappear.

Even so,
we can carry all of it and continue walking.

Guitars ringing just before dawn,
emotions quietly unraveling deep inside.
