The Bagpipes
The sixth installment of our 12-month release project was written and composed by vocalist/guitarist Alex.
Stripped down to its essence, the sound draws a clear line back to the band's roots in the folk and pop of the 1970s.
We wait for a "typhoon" to shake our ordinary days, to carry us closer to the things we long for-believing it might even take us to that town.
But this song is about breaking free from that very illusion.

The Bagpipes
Formed in June 2022, the band performed at Fuji Rock's Rookie A Go-Goin July of the following year. From April 2025 to March 2026, they are undertaking a monthly new song release project titled-12 PROJECT-. Influenced by Happy End and James Taylor, they are a Japanese folk rock band.
