Wakayama is currently the epicenter of the Japanese rap scene. JAYCORPSE, who works as a DJ supporting these artists and is known as the "key man" of "WAKA" (Wakayama), is set to release the talked-about single "I LOVE WAKA" on April 1st. This marks the first official release of a track produced by himself.
The track, co-produced by JAYCORPSE and TAKAHIRO-who was also involved in producing T.i.G skysea's album "WAKA MiNATi" released two months ago-features a hard-hitting, bass-heavy TRAP sound. Six artists, TOFU, HARKA, 7, ENEL, T.i.G skysea, and MIKADO, spit bars on this ultimate "WAKA" collaboration.
While each member is emerging in their own solo endeavors, this work embodies the stance of rising together as a crew amid the growing attention on the Wakayama scene.
