    With her eye-catching long black hair swaying and her petite frame, her songs captivate with her songwriting sense and sensual voice. Despite offers from major labels, she suddenly put her music career on hold. However, after moving to Okinawa, she discovered Okinawan music and restarted in 2015 to express herself as a singer-songwriter. In October 2016, she released her long-awaited solo CD album, "Phalaenopsis." She had previously performed under the name "Aya" and as part of the Okinawan unit "Gazyu." (Gajumaru), but has now unified all of her activities and restarted as iRu.
