Satsumaimo

There's something about autumn that makes us a little more honest.

The heat of summer begins to fade,
the breeze grows a little colder,
and even the familiar road home starts to feel somehow special.

"Satsumaimo" is a song that compares the person you love in autumn to a sweet potato.

Before you even realize you've fallen for them,
you find yourself remembering the things they've said,
finding comfort in their smallest gestures,
and slowly, almost without noticing, they become part of your everyday life.

Maybe love isn't always something dramatic.
Maybe it begins in quiet little moments like these.

Sweet and warm,
yet somehow tinged with a hint of sadness.

I captured all of those feelings
inside the word "satsumaimo."

I hope this song becomes
a cherished autumn memory for someone.

Every autumn, I fall for you all over again.
