Japans New Generation Boom Bap: orthodoggz brings raw authenticity to 2026.
Formed in 2026, the Japan-based duo orthodoggz consisting of 5l.illy and Su3 releases their second single, further defining their signature "New Generation Boom Bap" sound.
Rather than representing a specific city, orthodoggz stands for the broader Japanese hip-hop identity. Their music is built on heavy-hitting beats and a polished flow that reflects a pure commitment to orthodox hip-hop. This isn't a nostalgia trip; it s a natural evolution of the genre, voiced by artists who navigate the culture with maturity and freedom.
The track blends effortless wordplay with a grit that only comes from experience, ensuring every bar carries weight. In the 2026 scene, orthodoggz offers a fresh, unfiltered alternative that resonates across generations.
A music video is scheduled for release shortly after the drop. orthodoggz is here to present an authentic standard of Japanese hip-hop to the global stage.
Perfect for playlists featuring: Japanese Hip Hop, Boom Bap, and Raw Lyrical Rap.
