During the STAY-HOME period of COVID19, the five members of "Baku Furukawa Trio with strings", who were supposed to hold a concert on 23rd April 2020, had a recording session online and deliberately made this digital singles with the help of Masato Hara, a mastering engineer.
Track no.1 "Mitsukara nakatta (Couldn't find it)" was motivated by a song heard in Baku's dream during the STAY-HOME. Track no.2 "Tomoshibi(Lamp) was meticulously arranged and mixed by Hiroki Chiba. On track no.3 "smile", you can fully enjoy the delicate and passionate ensemble of this trio and strings.
Artist Profile
Baku Furukawa
A singer, guitarist, composer, arranger and multi-instrumentalist based in Tokyo. Born in California and brought up in Japan and Australia, his diverse cultural backgrounds made his music entirely unique and mesmerizing. In 2018, he released his 2nd album "Seascape" and had a tour in Japan and Taiwan.
