    SG is a singer-songwriter with both Japanese and Korean roots. Blending Japanese and Korean lyrics with powerful vocals and a strong sense of melody, he has developed a distinctive musical identity that transcends language and borders. His music has amassed over 300 million streams, and he has built a following of more than 800,000 on TikTok and 470,000 subscribers on YouTube. His hit song Bokura Mata became a long-running success and is widely recognized as a modern Japanese graduation anthem. The song was also featured in the CalorieMate advertising campaign supporting students preparing for entrance exams. Beyond his own music, SG has written Korean lyrics for numerous hit J-pop songs, including NIGHT DANCER by imase, Any Angle by Noa, and Tipsy by Wanuka. Through his work as both a singer-songwriter and lyricist, he continues to foster musical connections between Japan and South Korea.
