2024年2月デビュー3人組ガールズユニット「EMOOTE」初のデジタルEPとなる「meme」。EMOOTEはKawaii Future Bassを音楽の軸にクリエイティブされ、ダンスを想像させるビート感の強い楽曲を多く制作されている。なお、本作品に収録されリード曲となる『アップデート』は2024年2月度テレビ朝日「クロナダル」エンディングテーマに起用されている。

EMOOTE
This is an electropop girls unit consisting of the members RAMU, HINA, and HARUKA. All members of EMOOTE have dance experience from a young age, and choreograph all their original songs. The name of the group, "EMOOTE", is an acronym for "ElectroMusic Occupie On The Earth", and, as the name of the unit suggests, the songs are produced as electromusic. The concept is based around cute but edgy pop music that can be enjoyed by people of all ages.
