COMPUTERKIDS approached a more psychedelic and nostalgic musical style, beginning with the release of "Little Cracks" in 2020 and "NULL" in 2021. In doing so, they attempted a further reconciliation with the rock music of the '60s and '70s. As a result, the current album, "COMING AROUND," succeeds in incorporating the folk rock of Neil Young and others, as well as the progressive psychedelic designs of Genesis and King Crimson. The result is a poppy but toxic soundscape.

Men with ties to Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture, met by chance in Ikebukuro, Tokyo. One man favored soul/R&B, another rock, another jazz, and another DTM. When they met, all kinds of music became one across the divide. It is not new by any means. But there is a strong belief in this pop music.
