Chie Nonaka
Using modern folk songs as a foundation, she plays and sings natural music that evokes idyllic landscapes. In her private life, she practices natural farming and enjoys working in the fields, and her way of thinking and lifestyle are strongly reflected in her lyrics. Hoping to weave time that connects people's hearts, she continues to provide a space for music created with her own unique worldview. In her songwriting, together with nonan (ex-Eseroman, Hespesyanka), she places an imaginative approach to everyday scenery at the heart of her musicality, incorporating mental images and psychological acoustic elements, and basically all of her music is recorded live. She also releases instrumental songs and holds live shows under the name Nonachie-ongaku.
