Actually she grown up in Australia so until sha was 8 years old, it was really hard to understand Japanese language. She started learning how to speak, through the Radio. That is how "Home Station" was born.

OCHIYO is a Japanese musician who has spent years traveling between Australia and Japan. Working as both a live musician, online musician and also a radio DJ, and after 5 years being away, and finishing 4 Japan tours, she is ready to bring her show back to Australia. In addition to regular live shows, her last performances in Sydney, in 2018, saw her become a finalist in the SMASH! X JOYSOUND Karaoke Competition, and the Grand Champion of 90s HIT International cover singer competition on the Live Streaming app UpLive. OCHIYO has released 1 album, 2 singles and an EP to date. Her EP has ranked 1st place in the Top Album category on the Malaysian and Brunei Darussalam's iTunes Store charts and 6th place in Japan.
