Tepa Roucci
Tepa Roucci is an independent Japanese Hip-Hop Artist. He was born in Tokyo, and at the age of 5, he moved to Uganda with his family. He came back to Japan when he was 15 years old, and started making music when he was 18. Tepa Roucci released his 1st Album [Manic Depression] on March 15, 2024. Through mixing Japanese and English naturally, he shows a unique sense of melody and flow in his songs. All good and bad events in his life, everything around him and inside him is all converted into his music.
