The music for the film See You Again is composed by Haruyuki Suzuki and structured mainly around piano and strings, characterized by precise scoring that follows the flow of each scene. The album also includes the theme song "Minna Shinu," an unusual vocal piece for Suzuki. The lyrics were written by the film's screenwriter, Aki Kajiwara, who is also known as the author of the bestseller The Bombe's Daughter. The song is performed by the film's lead actors, Ayaka Onishi and Hiroko Nakajima, both making their debut as singers in this work.
