QRAUS presents POIESIZ, his fourth rap album.
While hip-hop remains at the core of his work, QRAUS has continued to create music without being confined by genre. On POIESIZ, he pushes further into abstract and experimental territory, while remaining rooted in the two foundations of his practice: rap and beatmaking.
The title POIESIZ is derived from "poiesis," a term meaning creation or bringing something into being. Rather than fitting himself into existing forms, QRAUS uses sound and language to create a space of his own.
POIESIZ documents where QRAUS stands now - the fourth chapter in his evolving body of rap work.
