A heart embracing love, sinking into a river of tears. That soul's prayer will be engraved in your memory- deeper, farther, and more endlessly than the river itself.
The stars scattered across the night sky have always been united by human hands and imagination - a line drawn to connect one light to another, and constellations are born. On that silent canvas above, people of every era have found both comfort and awe. In recent years, I have begun composing with the wish to express such landscapes in sound. I let each piece of music rise like a single star; and when enough of them gather, they form a sky - and if one of those stars shines bright enough to reach someone far away, the lines between them may one day draw themselves. That silent tracing - that record of a soul in motion - is the world of music and creation I pursue. People feel countless emotions when they look up at the stars. Music is the same. Depending on one's life, one's state of mind, one's sorrow or joy, a single piece can be heard in a hundred different ways. My works do not insist on a single, fixed message. Meaning shifts according to the listener. The scenery changes with the heart that looks upon it. Behind every light cast by a star, there is shadow as well - joy, delight, hope, longing, but also sadness, pain, despair, resignation. If there were a piece born from nothing more than the feeling, "Tonight the air is clear - as if the world, and my heart, and this moment are in perfect harmony," then- For someone living in happiness it may sound like hope. For someone enduring a harsh reality it may sound like sorrow. My music is born not from a single declared message, but from the landscapes I see in daily life and the emotions I imagine. They are often abstract, indistinct - yet they leave something that can be felt. That is the nature of the artist called Limaria. I value impression over clarity. If a piece of mine resonates within someone and spreads like a shared vision through sound, I can ask for nothing more. For many years, I created alongside Vocaloid - convinced that bringing forth what lived inside me was everything. Only recently did I realize that if it remains only inside me, it ends there. It is the listener that expands the world. "The number of listeners is the number of worlds a piece can become." Through Project Re:Maria's Stella, born from that new realization, I hope to one day share a moment of true resonance with those who listen. It is a journey of sound into the great ocean of stars - where silence, creation and destruction, prayer and observation all return to harmony. And may this trajectory one day become a singular, irreplaceable brilliance. With that wish, I continue to weave new stories with all who may one day listen.
