TIMELAPSE

Fresh from their debut appearance at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL '26, Gingersamm return with "Timelapse", following the August release of "white nights feat. Rinko Nagai".Born from a growing focus on how their music comes alive onstage, the new single brings the band's groove and guitar textures to the fore. Drawing on the spirit of 2010s indie rock from Japan and abroad - including mitsume, Siamese Cats, Beach Fossils, and Real Estate - the track pairs Gingersamm's distinctive melodic sensibility with an atmosphere reminiscent of a faded afterimage of time. The artwork was created by London-based artist Max Bloom, while the music video was directed by filmmaker Kei Murotani.
