I turn the moments in anime that move me into songs. Frustration, the refusal to lose, the wish to protect someone. I take what a character was carrying and put it into my own words. The voice changes from track to track. Soaring high notes on one, spat-out rap on another, whichever one hits hardest. I hope these songs give someone a push when they are up against something.
