Singer-songwriter Ken Kamikita and Atoa., a Japanese drum unit consisting of Takio Takahashi and Akira Takahashi, have collaborated to produce Kouen Youtou, a track that maximizes each other's expertise, which will be released digitally.
Since 2017, the two have been creating music centered around stage performances and collaborating on numerous projects. In this work, they blend vocals, traditional Japanese instruments, electronic sounds, and the unique rhythms of Japanese music to explore new sensations and musical expressions.
In this work, Tokio Takahashi created the original rhythm, while Ken Kamikita added chord work and instrumental production. The sound captures the flickering of light, the intense heat of flames, and the occasional delicate swaying of flames.
Following the digital release, the music video for this song is scheduled to be released on both Ken Kamikita's and Atoa.'s YouTube channels.

The stage was enhanced with projections, and the production faithfully reproduced Tezuka's original artwork, receiving positive reviews. They also served as the musical director for the production. As a team, they will celebrate their 15th anniversary in 2026, based in Sendai City while touring nationwide and internationally for performances. They collaborate with other genres, explore musical expression, and plan and operate various events, expanding the scope of Japanese drum performance and their activities, with expectations for further growth.
