    THE ALEXX is a three piece band consisting of tonton Vocal, Tomoya Tsutsui Guitar, and Eiji Sugiura Programming. The band began its activities with its first live performance at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL 19 before releasing any official recordings. In September 2019 they released their debut single Beatwave followed by their first album VANTABLACK in November. In May 2020 they released the digital single Beatwave Takkyu Ishino Remix. The track was featured on major streaming platforms such as Spotify and Apple Music and the music video filmed in Tokyo during the state of emergency attracted significant attention. During the COVID 19 pandemic the band released Something Great and Outsider and streamed a no audience live performance on YouTube. From New Years Eve 2020 into New Years Day 2021 they appeared at KEEP ON FUJI ROCKIN II at Tokyo Garden Theater. In 2021 they released COLD LOVE Art Hurt The Buzzer and the album God Bless You and performed at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL 21. In 2022 they launched their event BUZZER in Tokyo. They performed at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL 23 and later paused activities. In December 2025 they released Beautiful Surrender and in February 2026 they released SNOW CRASH. THE ALEXX continues to expand a distinctive artistic vision within the Japanese music scene.
