Distorted Wave is a unit of producers Yazzy Tanaka, who shows off his overwhelming rap skills and outstanding dexterity with his sense of melody, and ROVER, a track maker who specializes in soulful and dramatic developments. As with their previous work, the two produced, mixed, and mastered all 14 tracks on "Grown Wolves," their first full-length album in six months. Many of the songs are composed of alternative Hip-Hop and R&B, and Yazzy Tanaka's unique style of singing and rapping, and Rover's synth soloing is more polished than on the previous album. The album also features guest rappers EASTA, JAZZY BLAZE, and KennyDoes, and guest singers HWARYEON, KIRA, R104, and other talented artists active on the front lines, creating an unprecedentedly gorgeous worldview. Throughout the album, you will be able to feel the two artists' unparalleled attention to detail and sense of style.

ラッパーYazzy TanakaとトラックメイカーROVERによる、Hip-Hop／R&B／オルタナティヴを基軸とした音楽デュオ兼プロデューサーユニット。 Yazzy Tanakaは、鋭く情緒的なリリックと独自の世界観で魅せるソロアーティストであり、作詞家・プロデューサーとしても幅広く活動。 ROVERは、音楽グループ「ROYALcomfort」のメンバーとしてキャリアを築きながら、トラックメイカー／プロデューサーとしても多数のアーティストに楽曲を提供している。 さらに2025年からは、アートディレクター／映像クリエイターのKIIが正式加入し、 ミュージックビデオの撮影・編集など、ビジュアル面での表現力が加わり、Distorted Waveはより強固なクリエイティブユニットへと進化した。 アーティスト、プロデューサー、映像クリエイターという3つの視点が交錯することで、ジャンルや形式に縛られない、唯一無二の音楽と映像が生み出されている。 ユニット名「Distorted Wave（＝歪曲波）」は、音楽やアートの常識や既成概念に揺さぶりをかけ、ブレや歪みすらも表現の一部とするその姿勢を象徴している。
