  T.A.C.T Hailing from Arao, Kumamoto, Japan. Signed to THE COALMINE RECORDS Born and raised in Arao, a former coal mining city in Kumamoto, Japan, T.A.C.T is a hiphop artist who has carved out his own lane in the Kyushu hip-hop scene. After years away from his hometown, he returned to his roots with a vision of his own. Never one to chase trends or compromise his identity, T.A.C.T transforms raw experiences, hard-earned lessons, and lifes struggles into honest, unapologetically real lyrics. His early releases, including the Mr. HONESTMAN series, laid the foundation for his career. He later collaborated with New York-based producer SINIMA BEATZ on ACTORZ, released through the American hiphop platform DatPiff. In 2016, he co founded the independent label THE COALMINE RECORDS alongside AG13. Following the Kumamoto earthquakes that same year, he released the charity single Stronger, donating all proceeds to relief efforts. For T.A.C.T, hip-hop has always been more than music. its a way to represent where he comes from. With over 80 live performances in a single year, he built his reputation through years of grinding in clubs across Kyushu. His commanding stage presence has taken him from the underground circuit to major events and halftime shows for Japans professional B.LEAGUE basketball games. In 2020, he released his debut full length album, THE CURTAIN, blending hard hitting lyricism with introspective storytelling about ambition, loneliness, resilience, and the realities of life. In 2023, LOCAL LOYALTY 2 reinforced his unwavering commitment to his roots, transforming stories of brotherhood, loyalty, and personal experience into a powerful statement of identity. In 2025, he released RASHINBAN, followed by ENISHI in December. Exploring human connections, loss, lifes crossroads, and the meaning of success, these releases revealed a deeper, more reflective side of his artistry. Beyond recording, T.A.C.T remains active as a event producer, and visual director, contributing to hiphop culture both on and off the stage. In September 2026, he organized ARAO MUSIC FESTA 2026, a large scale, free admission music festival at the Arao Cultural Center in his hometown. Bringing together artists from across Japan and emerging local talent, he created a platform connecting music, community, and culture while also taking the stage himself. Refusing to let geography define his limits, T.A.C.T continues to build opportunities for the next generation while staying true to the philosophy that defines his journey LOCAL LOYALTY.
