Worshipping a devil as a god (feat. AKITO, BRIAN & Genta Tsunetaka Satou)

You know, there are all kinds of shrines some enshrine the deity Hachiman, for instance but Hachiman is actually the same figure as Yahweh from the Old Testament. I actually wrote a song about that, so please give it a listen. Also, shrines charge worshippers exorbitant prices for things like amulets and prayer fees, don't they? That seems pretty wrong, doesn't it? I wonder where all that money goes? It probably just goes toward the salaries of the priests and shrine maidens, right? Doesn't that strike you as odd? I mean, even setting aside the issue of whether one wants to worship Yahweh or not, isn't it strange to fleece believers for cash just to pay the salaries of shrine officials? For that matter, is it even right to collect money in the name of faith? If the deity enshrined there is truly a god, would they really demand money? If *I* were a god, I don't think I'd do that. A being that demands money and claims you get more blessings the more cash you offer - that sounds more like a demon than a god, don't you think? It's something worth thinking about.
