The 1st mixtape RI$K TAKER by Kawasaki-born HIPHOP artist TAKER, born in 1998 in Kanagawa, is set to be released.

TAKER first debuted in 2024 as part of the duo TAKER SMOKE. As a junior connected to BAD HOP, who famously sold out Tokyo Dome, TAKER quickly gained attention and has since appeared at numerous festivals and live events. He has also performed at major events such as HOME STEAL produced by ABEMA, YZERR & FRIEND the Pink COUNTDOWN, and most recently opened for T-Pablow at Nippon Budokan, continuing to build his career step by step.

TAKER was also selected for the compilation album by 03-Performance, led by CEO Rommy Montana. His collaboration track Runnin with YELLASOMA became a notable hit. Rommy Montana additionally contributed to this project as a producer on the track Dream or Girl

As his appearance on the live performance platform BlackBoard continues to attract attention, TAKER is also scheduled to appear once again following this release.

The mixtape RI$K TAKER features production from Lil Man$e, BIG NOBU, and Rommy Montana.

Featured artists on the project include Taiyho from MaisonDe, Kawasaki-based rising artists DOUBLE UP and Miyauchi, former SELF MADE member ERASER, and rising R&B artist Yatt.

As TAKER begins his solo career, he is steadily gaining recognition within the scene. Through RI$K TAKER, he honestly expresses the reality of growing up in Kawasaki, parting ways with friends, chasing dreams, and struggling with love and relationships delivering his raw emotions through this deeply personal mixtape.
