Dragon Mountain released his first single "Wells" on October 26, 2025. Dragon Mountain is a self-produced solo project by Yamaguchi Tatsuhiko, who has a history of writing choral music as a composer. The track was produced over the course of 2 months under the concept of "little by little, at a comfortable pace". The track was self-produced and recorded at home. The album features radical sounds incorporating multi-track vocals and orchestral instruments.

Utilizing his experience of writing choral music as a composer, he creates music with radical sounds using multi-track vocals. All songs are self-produced and recorded at home, and distributed online. In April 2025, he released his first self-produced EP "Mnemonics".
